Reveal your truth
Together we will set the space for your truth to emerge and create a container for truth sharing as a transformative practice. We will experience a channelled writing practice that allows you to flow in connection with what wants to come through you.
Kill your ego
You chose to be born into this body for a reason, so your identities and everything they have taught you are deeply important. But before you can truly activate your purpose and bring healing to your communities, you must let go of your identity (at least temporarily) and feel your one-ness with all that is. This practice will allow you to shed skins and grieve everything you’re ready to release.
Remember who you are.
Now is the time to truly embody your energy and step into the truth of your purpose. You will be guided to express your voice in whatever form you like (speaking, writing, sounding) and channel your message, overcoming visibility blocks and sharing your magic with the collective.

We begin our journey with a beautiful dreamworld meditation practice, where I will channel our inner children and spirit guides. You will enter into communion with your deepest desires and feel into what they have to teach you about yourself.
Uncover your fear
We will delve deeper into a somatic practice designed to uncover the depth of fear alive within you. We will connect to the ways fear feels in your body, and begin to release your subconscious, conditioned beliefs so you can start to show up as you actually are.
Activate your calling
Once you’ve moved beyond yourself, your true collective purpose will begin to emerge. You will see how your soul gifts fit into the tapestry of life on earth and feel ready to step more deeply into what you are here to offer your fellow beings. This practice will guide you into listening to the true prayer of your heart. We will witness you in your calling and speak courage into your message.
